VIBRANT DOWNTOWNS

Neighborhoods are special communities within the city, each uniquely creative and eclectic. CSG (Consolidated Services Group) provides preventative and on-going cleaning and maintenance services for urban environments. 

 

Our skilled staff has strong knowledge of proactive solutions for routine maintenance, preventive and reactive repairs, and regular cleaning. CSG proudly supports these clients.

DOWNTOWN DENVER BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

The Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (DDBID) is a public organization funded by private commercial property owners. The 120-block District provides a clean, safe and vibrant downtown environment for workers, residents and visitors. Through annual assessments paid to this quasi – governmental entity, DDBID property owners fund a series of district-wide programs that enhance downtown Denver, including cleaning and maintenance efforts, safety initiatives, targeted visitor marketing, economic development and holiday programs.

CENTRAL PLATTE VALLEY COORDINATED METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

CSG provides maintenance services for Central Platte Valley Coordinated Metropolitan District (CPVCMD) as a subcontractor of the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District. CPVCMD is a political subdivision of the State of Colorado that provides public improvements and services to its property owners and residents. Within this District, CSG provides pressure washing, trash removal, pan and broom service, snow removal, graffiti removal, and special project services on a regular basis. Additionally, CSG maintains two major pedestrian bridges – the Millennium Bridge and the 18th St Bridge.

DENVER ACTION PARTNERS DOWNTOWN ACTION TEAM

CSG works in partnership with the City & County of Denver and Downtown Denver Partnership to manage cleaning and maintenance needs in areas that require and desire more intensive focus on an annual or seasonal basis. Denver Action Team is a 6-month pilot program servicing Golden Triangle Creative District, Curtis Park, and Denver Union Station areas. CSG provides surface cleaning & disinfection, pressure washing, graffiti removal, bulk item removal and biohazard cleanup.

DENVER ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE

The Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade takes place annually in downtown Denver, welcoming over 400,000 fans. The grand event is hosted by a volunteer-run Committee of over 300 volunteers that have enjoyed putting on Denver's premier social event for over 62 years. CSG has been a clean and safe Parade Sponsor for nine years. 

LITTLETON DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Downtown Development Authorities (DDA) are used as a powerful tool for financing downtown improvements. The Littleton DDA, the city of Littleton, and a steering committee have been working on a plan to provide a road map for potential future improvements and investment in downtown Littleton, including a clean and welcoming downtown environment.

FIVE POINTS BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

The Five Points Business Improvement District (FPBID) is a 10-block corridor along Welton Street at the northeast edge of downtown Denver. It is experiencing a rebirth of energy and interest after years of dormancy. Its urban location, culturally rich history, and convenient light rail access positions the area to be the next “it” neighborhood.

RiNo ART DISTRICT

The RiNo Art District is located within northeast Denver and exists to support artists, creatives, businesses, and the community within that area. The RiNo Art District nonprofit 501(c)(6) was created in 2005 and over the last decade, the RiNo Business Improvement District (BID), RiNo General Improvement District (GID), and the Keep RiNo Wild nonprofit 501(c)(3) were formed. The RiNo BID and GID oversee placemaking, maintenance, and infrastructure projects in the district and jointly manage the Clean Team Ambassadors program provided by CSG.

RTD - REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT

RTD Denver operates bus, rail, and light rail transportation service to and from Denver, Boulder, and neighboring cities in Colorado. Public transit centers around the city - from Empower Field at Mile High to Five Points, Pepsi Center and the Colorado Convention Center - see over 1.25 million travelers a week.

JUNETEENTH

In partnership with the Five Points Business Improvement District, this two-day celebration includes live music and performances, a parade, food, drink, games, and other family-friendly activities.

TAIL TRACKS PLAZA

Tail Tracks Plaza is a pedestrian cut-through, filling the gap that was once railroad tracks along Wewatta, between Delgany and Wynkoop Streets. This Plaza makes it easier for residents and tourists alike to get to and from public transit, bike lanes, the 16th Street Mall, and the Cherry Creek Trail

WYNKOOP PLAZA

Wynkoop Plaza is located on the east side of Denver Union Station. Management of the shared space includes the public right-of-way surrounding Denver Union Station and to the train platform and the pedestrian bridge. This is a high-traffic area with many locals and visitors traveling to and through downtown Denver.
