KEYS TO SUCCESS
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
CSG (Consolidated Services Group) gives back to our public spaces through physical, aesthetic and community improvements. We honor our community by maintaining a clean, comfortable, attractive and functional environment for visitors to live, work and play.
As a Fair Chance company, CSG empowers employees to rebuild their lives and re-engage with the community through meaningful employment. We believe that everyone, regardless of background, deserves equal opportunity for consideration when applying for a job. CSG partners with local social enterprises like these to offer employment opportunities and support.
BAYAUD ENTERPRISES / DENVER DAY WORKS
Denver Day Works is a Bayaud Enterprises employment program contracted through the City of Denver. This program provides a low-barrier work experience for adults experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. The program offers accessible work options and connects individuals to benefits navigation and employment services. In addition, participants can expect breakfast, lunch, and same-day payment for the day labor performed.
BRIDGE HOUSE / READY TO WORK
Bridge House's Ready to Work program provides adults experiencing homelessness a unique opportunity to rebuild their lives through work. The organization’s holistic approach combines three elements - paid work in a Ready to Work social enterprise, dormitory housing at Ready to Work House, and case management support. Ready to Work operates two locations and has capacity to serve 94 people in Metro Denver. CSG and Ready to Work partner in servicing Colfax Business Improvement District.
SAFE OUTDOOR SPACES / COLORADO VILLAGE COLLABORATIVE
Safe Outdoor Spaces (SOS) is a temporary, outdoor sheltering housing model. Each community is staffed 24-hours a day and provides necessary resources, services and stability to Denver's unhoused neighbors in a safe, managed environment. The stability of a place to sleep has allowed SOS to partner with CSG to help transition people from survival mode to rebuilding their lives.
